When I scan the test for analysis the App returns an error message, what can I do?

Error message:

Cannot calculate result. Please check the presence of the control line and try to rescan. If there is no control line, the test failed, please repeat the test.
This error message can have two causes:
1.Your test shows no control line or
2.Your test shows too many lines
    The reason for both most probably is because something went wrong with the test or during the performance of the test.

Cannot validate scan. Reflections on test window detected.
This error message can have two causes:
1.Your scanned image shows reflections within the viewing window
    You can account for reflections by tilting the camera a bit while scanning the test
2.Your scanned image is overexposed
    You can avoid overexposure by scanning the test on a bright, non reflecting background

Cannot validate scan. Image is not focused.
1.If the app states that your image is blurry you should try to repeat the scan while focusing the camera on the test.
    You can force your camera to focus on the test by clicking on the test on your screen. Just align the camera with the test and click on the test shown on the screen once and hold still for a while.

The batch codes could not be read from the server.
Maybe there is no internet connection.
1.Check/Establish internet connectivity
    And try again

Bars not high enough.
The bars could not be identified properly.
1.The reason might be shadows on the test strip.
    Please avoid shadows and glare on the test strip. Therefore you should take the picure of the cassette on a white surface avoiding direct sunlight.

Bars not wide enough
The bars could not be identified properly.
1.The reason might be shadows on the test strip.
    Please avoid shadows and glare on the test strip. Therefore you should take the picure of the cassette on a white surface avoiding direct sunlight.

Cameracheck failed.
The Cameracheck was not successful.
1.Do not use a copy of the box!
    For the camera check always use the original product box.
2.If the cameracheck faild once
    Please retry the cameracheck. Avoid direct lighting on the packaging surface.
3.If the cameracheck still fails
    Your smartphone might not be able to perform the QuantOn Hem test.

Cannot validate scan. Barcode cannot be detected correctly.
The barcode could not be detected.
1.Avoid glare and shadowing.
    Glare and/or shadows might be the reason the barcode could not be read correctly. Avoid shadows and direct lighting on the test cassette.

Cannot validate scan. Please avoid shadowing and direct daylight.
Shadows or glare was detected in the image. In order to obtain save results the image was discarded.
1.Avoid glare and shadowing.
    A good way to obtain pictures without glare and shadows is to take the picture in a well illuminated room without direct sunlight.

Result could not be sent!
The result could not be sent. The result will be resent once a connection could be established.
1.Establish an internetconnection and try again.
